At Bubbltopin, we aim to provide our customers with reliable, efficient, and secure shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, charges, and expected delivery times for your orders. We strive to ensure that your artwork arrives in a timely and safe manner.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. The delivery times for each shipping method are estimates and may vary based on the shipping destination and order volume.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic):
    Delivery within 5-7 business days for U.S. orders.
    Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and the shipping address.

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic):
    Delivery within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders.
    Shipping Costs: Additional fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight Shipping (Domestic):
    Delivery within 1 business day for U.S. orders.
    Shipping Costs: This option is available for an additional fee, which will be added at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    We also offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination.
    Shipping Costs: Fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the delivery address. International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and public holidays. We strive to ship all orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method selected and the weight of the products in your order. The total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $75. This offer applies automatically at checkout for eligible orders.

International Shipping Fees:
For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

3. Order Processing and Handling

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed the following business day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking information so you can track the status of your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues may cause shipping delays. Bubbltopin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside of our control.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to track the issue and assist you in resolving it. Please feel free to contact us if you have concerns about shipping delays.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bubbltopin.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim for the lost or damaged items. For damaged items, we may ask for photos of the damaged products to process the claim.

8. Incorrect or Missing Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error with the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update your address.

In case the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus the shipping charges.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Bubbltopin has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what these charges may be.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential customs duties, taxes, and fees.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or modify the contents of the order. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will attempt to accommodate the request, provided the order has not already been shipped.
