Refund and Returns Policy

At BubblTopin, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for full details.

1. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bubbltopin.com or call us at (320) 351-8887. Include your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on the return package for tracking purposes.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Condition of Returned Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging. Any item that has been damaged or altered may not be eligible for a return.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your artwork for another item, please follow the return process, and we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. You can then use this store credit to place a new order for a different item.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or wrong item).

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Artworks: If you ordered custom or personalized art pieces, these are non-returnable.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the order is already shipped, you may still return the item under our standard return policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs. We may ask for photos of the damaged item for our records.
