At BubblTopin, we aim to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options for all orders. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, including our available options, processing times, and delivery methods.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders placed on bubbltopin.com will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, unless the product is out of stock or there are unforeseen delays.
- Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and any external factors such as weather or customs processing for international orders.
Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Next Day Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 7-21 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over a specific amount, depending on the destination country. Please check during checkout for the free shipping eligibility.
International Orders: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the shipping carrier’s website.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure timely delivery. In case of any delays or issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses within the U.S. Please note that shipping times may vary.
- International Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most international locations, but there are some restrictions depending on the country. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified before your order is processed.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
- Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Declaration: All international shipments will include a customs declaration form outlining the value of the items being shipped. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or delays.
7. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, including delays, lost packages, or damaged items, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: BubblTopin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided during checkout. If you experience a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier immediately.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package for assistance.
8. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure quick shipping. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you before the order is processed.
